between the hours of 7AM - 6PM Pacific Time, Monday through Saturday. We are
closed on Sundays. You can also call our SuperSonic Hotline at
1-702-387-4030. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and
contains a wealth of information including automated installation and
troubleshooting information. Toll charges may apply, so be sure to have
permission from whoever pays the phone bill.
Please note: our Support Center can only support customers who have
purchased and are using their Dreamcast in the U.S. or Canada, and are using
the U.S. version of the Dreamcast console. We regret that we are unable to
support import consoles, consoles that have been sold outside of the U.S.,
console purchased within the U.S. or Canada but taken out of the country. If
you don't live in the U.S. or Canada, please contact
the International Support Center
